Hi. I am Ken Fish. Computer Rehab is a family run business and is based in Stevenage. For the past 14 years we have been providing repairs and support for the home computer user. We have a customer base of over 600. Some we see occasionally, others call regularly for help and support.
Julie and I have over 35 years of experience in the computer industry including education, corporate IT and home support. As well as business partners Julie and I are husband and wife. We have five children, four of which are now adults and one child of 17. We are situated in Broadwater, Stevenage, and work from home.
If you have a problem with your computer equipment or just want to know something but do not know who to ask, then give us a call. We talk in plain English with as little tech talk as possible. I do like a chat so don’t feel anxious. Everyone now needs a means of accessing the internet, whether it be by smart phone, Ipad, tablet or PC. I get asked all sorts of questions by customers, including my TV is not working, I am unable to use my smart phone, etc. I am more than happy to help.

Having a poor, confusing or unreliable computer, tablet or phone is frustrating. Often a few adjustments or upgrades can be a big help.
One thing that really upsets me is meeting customers who have been scammed. If you think you may have been scammed or would just like information of how to avoid getting caught out or how-to recognise a scam email or phone call, please give me a call. I also have a Blog/News page where I post items I think customers will find useful and helpful. I meet many people who have unfortunately been caught out, don’t feel embarrassed its better to ask than to lose your savings.
